After graduating Summa Cum Laude in the Honors Program from University of Wisconsin-Stout, Jon attained a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has teaching experience at tech schools and universities, and more than 10 years of experience with various manufacturers, OEMs, and engineers from across the world. He’s creating virtual courses to share real-world skills with people in industry, closing educational gaps and helping them be more efficient and successful in their work. Jon chose a career in engineering because he enjoys exploring and creating solutions to real problems, and he’s enjoyed working with people in industry to improve their automation. Now in its third year of operation, Jon created Breen Machine Automation Services, offering fast, friendly, and tailored automation solutions to the global manufacturing industries.

Fun Fact: In his spare time, Jon enjoys engineering biological systems in the yard (gardening).
