Kaman Industrial Technologies has launched KamanDirect.com to offer greater search capabilities, simplified navigation and personalization options to provide faster and easier access to more than two million industrial parts and components.

KamanDirect.com users can get single click access to Kaman’s seven major product categories: including bearings, power transmission, electrical, material handling, motion control, fluid power and accessories. Users can then choose the Exact Match, Starts With or Contains search functions to quickly and easily pinpoint parts based on keywords, a manufacturer’s name or part number or the customer’s own part number. The site also stores and highlights a customer’s purchase history to quickly identify and return to items that have been bought previously.

KamanDirect.com features “Storerooms” that further streamline the purchasing process. Storerooms record purchasing history and allow users to create a catalog of items tailored to their buying needs.

“The new Web site and its features further demonstrate our commitment to our customers,” said David Mayer, vice president of marketing for Kaman Industrial Technologies. “We understand that our Web users are looking for speed, efficiency and service tailored to their individual needs. KamanDirect.com addresses these requirements with user personalization capabilities and pinpoint search tools.”
