The STVM-iLoc line of steam/water hosedown stations provides hot water for washdown by blending steam and cold water to the required temperature. The ball-valve interlocking system eliminates the need to re-adjust the desired temperature settings each time the unit is used. The washdown station features an automatic shutdown, which turns the system off when the temperature raises 15 F above the unit’s maximum set temperature or if the cold water supply interrupts. A vortex mixing valve cartridge reduces the effects of scaling and mineral buildup, simplifying maintenance.
