The PD01 series ¼-in.” pump is designed for dosing applications in the commercial laundry, car wash, wastewater treatment, paint, inks and packaging markets, and many other applications where accurate and repeatable dosing is integral to the process being performed. The PD01 series comes with a solenoid-actuated valve option to electronically control the volume of fluid dispensed, which allows the diaphragm pump to operate with accuracy. Operators can use an external controller to program the solenoid pump to establish when to actuate the pump, and to automatically shut off once the pump reaches the required volume. This feature offers repeatability and consistency with less than 3% variance.
