Double-diaphragm pumps

The A100 advanced plastic air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps can now be electronically controlled with a PLC for use where an electrical interface is needed. This capability makes them ideal for batching applications. The pumps are equipped with a two-position, four-way solenoid valve that has a single operator and spring return.

While air pressure is used to fill the air chambers and displace the diaphragms, electrical impulses dictate the stroke rate.
