Process air heater

The SKORPION process air heater features a closed-loop PID temperature control system and produces air temperatures from 1,200 to 1,400 F. Air temperature is regulated to +/-2 degrees of the set point. Heater voltage is regulated by a solid-state relay, and the heater element is protected with a resistive photo detector and a thermal resistor mounted at the heater inlet.

Maximum air temperature depends on the exit configuration and the position of the inlet air damper.
