The Caddy Tig 1500i and 2200i single-phase dc/cc portable
welding machines feature advanced inverter technology and a compact design with
an impact-resistant polymer and aluminum casing. The control panels present all
welding parameters in an easy-to-understand layout. The two-program function
allows pre-programming and program changes during welding. The welding machine
also has a pulse TIG feature for greater control of heat input and the weld
pool, and a Micro Pulse feature that minimizes the heat-affected area,
particularly with thin metals. Other features include a Hot Start and Arc force
settings.
