Micro and nanomanufacturing conferences come to Chicago March 14-15

The Society of Manufacturing Engineers will feature micromanufacturing and nanomanufacturing conferences March 14-15, at the Marriott Chicago Northwest in Hoffman Estates, IL. The event will include a keynote by Papu Maniar, embedded systems research, corporate technology, Motorola . Maniar will speak about the “Changing Ecosystem from Micro to Nano Manufacturing,” to drive future innovations in mobile devices.

Whether the challenge is creating micro features on micro parts or on macro parts, participants in the MicroManufacturing Conference & Exhibits will be looking for ideas to improve their process. Exploring the many processes available, this conference will bring together industry professionals to discuss the latest developments and how to improve your process today. Industry’s leading technical experts will discuss topics such as precision micro machining, micro molding, micro assembly, micro fabrication and micro metrology.

The NanoManufacturing Conference & Exhibits will explore applications of nanotechnology and how they are transforming manufacturing. Discover how nanotechnology has already improved the performance and design functionality of many current products.
