Two new DeviceNet gateways come in K20 housing styles, are available in single- or dual-channel versions and connect AS-Interface to upper-level controllers. cUL-listed to simplify panel construction, the gateways provide diagnostic capabilities while supporting polled I/O and change-of-state operations. They handle complete data transfer, cyclically polling all participants connected to the wiring system, and can be placed anywhere in the AS-Interface segment. Additional features include a detected slave display, visual fault diagnostics, support for analog I/O, and the ability to network safety devices such as e-stops and light curtains up to Category 4.
