The SBK ball screw is available with screw shaft outer diameters ranging from 15 to 32 millimeters and nut diameters from 38 to 58 millimeters. A re-circulation structure, where balls are picked up in the tangential direction and the lead-angle direction by end caps, makes the unit suitable for high-speed operation at a DN value of 130,000. Featuring caged technology, the ball screw can achieve high-speed feed rates, up to 2.2 times faster than conventional ball screws.
