Chad is the go-to resource at Concept Systems for leading challenging automation system integration projects. When Concept established a mechanical engineering team and entered the robotic work cell market, Chad was an obvious choice to promote into the management role. He is responsible for the foundational elements of that organization and has had a role in the development of nearly every mechanical work cell deployed by the company. As the automation team manager, Chad led the effort to deploy Concept Systems’ largest single project, a multirobot, multimillion-dollar custom palletizing system. Chad was promoted again to Technical Resource Director, leading company strategy on technology portfolio and resource skill development.

Fun fact: After earning his private pilot’s license, Chad decided that buying an airplane was too easy and purchased a kit airframe, to build the plane himself.
