Industrial Ethernet switches – 2006-11-17

The EDS-316 Series of unmanaged industrial Ethernet switches includes 16-ports and provides an economical solution for industrial Ethernet connection, the company reports. A built-in relay warning function alerts maintenance personnel when power failures or port breaks occur. The switches are designed for use in harsh industrial environments, particularly in locations that comply with FCC, TÜV, UL and CE standards. The EDS-316 Series switches comprise two models: one with an operating temperature range of 0 to 60°C, and the other with extended operating temperature range of -40 to 75°C. Both models go through a 100% burn-in test to ensure that they fulfill the needs of industrial automation control.
