The Thermo-T tubular heat exchanger recovers energy from industrial processes at temperatures of up to 2,000 F, at 80% efficiency. A fully welded construction prevents cross-contamination, while integral thermal-expansion joints allow the tubes to expand in high-temperature applications without causing damaging stress to the unit. Adjustable tube size and spacing, single-pass and multi-pass models, airflows from 3,000 to 30,000 standard cubic feet per minute ensure the exchanger adapts to multiple industrial tasks, including heat-recovery from oxidizers, ovens, dryers, incinerators and furnaces, and tempering process.
