The Screw Conveyor Package (SCP) is designed as an alternative to screw conveyor drives. Features include speed reduction ratios combined with a coupled gearmotor that eliminates the need for motor mounts, pulleys, belts, or guards. The screw conveyor drive options include a Unicase reducer housing, Quadrilip reducer shaft sealing, and output bearings with flange mounting and drive shafts ranging from 1-1/2-in. to 3-7/16-in. A lead taper on the reducer shaft provides mounting and removal, which allows for some screw pipe misalignment and reduced bearing loads.
