Fronius has introduced the Fronius Ignis 250 XT, a stick welding power source for manual arc welding up to 250 amps. The Ignis 250 expands the company’s Ignis series with a higher-output model for applications that require more power than the smaller units in the line. The unit includes features found in the more compact models and is available in an XT version for broader use.
The welding power source is intended for applications where environmental conditions, limited access and voltage fluctuations can affect welding performance, including maintenance, service and assembly work. The Ignis series is designed to support arc stability in those conditions.
The Ignis 250 is intended for larger welding tasks requiring up to 250 amps.
