BETE has introduced the BETE FlexiSan Modular Spraying System, a portable spray system for industrial cleaning and sanitizing applications.
The FlexiSan system is designed to let operators rinse and apply cleaning and sanitizing agents to equipment such as conveyors, hoppers, bins and mixers, as well as other process areas.
The system is intended for both light washdowns and heavier cleanup tasks. The base model includes a mobile cart with a clean-in-place spray header that connects directly to a facility water line. Two blending pumps allow the system to hold up to two liquids at the same time, allowing operators to switch between rinsing, cleaning and sanitizing.
For heavier soil conditions, BETE also offers the FlexiSan Max Spraying System. BETE said the mobile system is designed for use throughout a plant while helping reduce liquid waste.
The FlexiSan system is part of BETE’s spray technology portfolio. The company also offers fine spray, air atomizing, tank washing, spiral, full-cone, hollow-cone and flat-fan nozzles for industrial spray applications.
