A new series of RF and Microwave power amplifiers feature frequencies ranging from 0.5 MHz to 20 GHz and can operate over temperatures from -55 to +85 C. These amplifiers can be used in electronic warfare, instrumentation, military communications, radar, point-to-point radio, telecom, test & measurement, medical, and satellite communication (SATCOM) industries. The power amplifiers are also designed to withstand vibration and shock exposure during handling and transport. They feature integrated heatsink and cooling fans for thermal dissipation performance and utilize hermetically sealed coaxial packages. The power amplifiers also generate saturated output power levels (Psat) up to 100 W and require a positive voltage supply ranging from +12 to +42 Vdc.
