High-performance XpressO oscillators are available in LVDS and LVPECL versions for XO packages. Small, silicon-based designs with extremely low jitter, the LVDS and LVPECL versions feature noise-reducing DSM technology and proprietary, low-noise architecture to decrease jitter and phase noise. The design, with application specific integrated circuits, allows for accurate performance, decreased costs, shorter lead times and increased flexibility, the company reports. Applications for XpressO oscillators include a variety of functions requiring extreme stabilities, from HDTV and optical networking to broadband applications for Internet, as well as video and data transfer.
