MESA metrics Webcast to give tips on justifying plant improvements

When you see an area that needs improvement, how do you justify the time and money to make a transformation happen? How do you know what to measure? Making the case for plant floor projects can be extremely challenging.

Julie Fraser, principal of Industry Directions, an independent industry analyst firm, presents “Metrics that Matter,” a free Webcast that will answer some questions and raise more as the results of MESA’s research study of the same name are announced. The Webcast is Tuesday, Nov. 7 at 11 a.m. ET.

Registration for the Webcast is required and can be completed here . Both MESA members and non-members are welcome to participate. Attendees will receive an e-mail confirmation message one-week before the event that will include the dial-in teleconference information and the presentation link.
