He is currently the Engineering & IT Manager at CSP in Grabill, Indiana. Matt wears many hats at CSP, from R&D to IT. He is the youngest member of his department, but is a beacon of leadership for his team. He is even working towards becoming a part-time professor at several of the universities around Fort Wayne. Matt holds a national coaching license, and spends most of his free time coaching and playing soccer.
