Matt got his start in engineering at a very young age. He used to spend a lot of time in the garage with his grandfather tinkering away at tractors and steam engines. He is currently the Engineering & IT Manager at CSP in Grabill, Indiana. Matt wears many hats at CSP, from R&D to IT. He is the youngest member of his department, but is a beacon of leadership for his team. He has his name on several patents and also developed a remote control lighting system as a senior at Purdue, which he still sells to this day. He is even working towards becoming a part-time professor at several of the universities around Fort Wayne. Matt holds a national coaching license, and spends most of his free time coaching and playing soccer.
