Industrial AI to identify risk and opportunity patterns
Our flagship product, the Nexgineer platform, brings Industrial AI capabilities into engineering teams, helping engineers efficiently identify risk and opportunity patterns in data-intensive operations. Nexgineer offers a catalogue of machine learning-based systems that translate data into actionable recommendations. By continuously learning from successful strategies and decisions, Nexgineer helps engineers tackle core tasks like monitoring, optimization, maintenance, control, and forecasting with unprecedented efficiency. Engineers are now completing tasks in one-third of the time, achieving significant performance gains, reducing costs, and lowering emissions. Our platform is designed to transform the daily workflows of engineers, allowing them to focus on strategic, high-value activities rather than any repetitive data processing and analysis. We’ve seen engineers now completing monitoring and optimization tasks in a third of the time, and based on recommended decisions from Nexgineer, able to also improve asset performance and sustainability, at the same time.

Certa compact pumps for food and beverage applications
The Certa Compact is the latest addition to WMFTS' line of Certa Sine pumps for food and beverage applications. Integrator customers say that one of the key challenges they face is how to maximize space for a food and beverage installation without compromising on the quality of the pump. In response, WMFTS expanded its Certa Sine™ pump range with a new space-saving model, the Certa Compact. The innovative design of this model enables a 30% footprint reduction compared to the existing Certa Sine pump range while maintaining the integrity of a premium pump and is ideal for applications up to 87 PSI. The Certa Compact offers the same celebrated product features that customers will be familiar with from the existing Certa Sine pump range but with a more flexible and simplified design that saves valuable assembly time and cost for an integrator during the installation project. Mid-range lobe pumps are traditionally selected as an economic solution for less demanding applications, but they don’t have the same performance benefits of a Sine pump.
Custom electromagnetic capabilities
Arnold Magnetic Technologies Corporation (Arnold), a subsidiary of Compass Diversified (NYSE: CODI) and leading global manufacturer of high-performance magnets and precision thin metals, highlights its custom electromagnetics used in medical, scientific research, telecommunications, and aerospace and defense applications. From exploring the deepest parts of space in search of near-Earth objects, to saving lives by providing critical components for oncology equipment, Arnold’s electromagnets (also known as solenoids) provide the flexibility needed in generating magnetic fields so necessary for critical waveguide applications. As one of NASA’s founding partners, Arnold’s electromagnetics have been an integral part of nearly every government-sponsored satellite, including Doppler weather and radar systems and the US Air Force (USAF) Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS). Arnold is also bringing its deep expertise to the development of the next generation quadrupoles and dipoles being used in electromagnetics for large fusion and pulsed power projects. Arnold manufactures a wide variety of custom electromagnets that generate uniform or proportioned magnetic field shapes and with a wide range of magnetic field intensities.
Advanced Nitrogen Gas Generator Systems
PneuTech highlights its state-of-the-art on-site nitrogen generation systems, proven to significantly reduce costs, control purity, and ensure a consistent supply. PneuTech customizes systems to meet customer needs, providing solutions delivering high purity and precise control, as well as cost-effective, low-maintenance alternatives. Switching to on-site nitrogen generation results in substantial cost savings by eliminating the need for continuous supply contracts and transportation fees. In North America, the operating costs for generating nitrogen on-site, including energy and maintenance, typically range from $0.06 – 0.10 per 100 cubic feet for low purity (97%) to $0.26 – 0.45 per 100 cubic feet for ultra-high purity (99.999%).
Air preparation combination unit MSB6
Festo introduces a line of pre-configured, assembled, and tested compressed air preparation units that not only makes specification and ordering faster and easier, but also ensures clean air in food and beverage production. Right out of the box, the new units meet the Safe Quality Food (SQF) guidelines of final filtration stage 0.01 micron (µm) and a particulate removal efficiency of 99.999% at the point of food and beverage contact. The units also cover most, if not all, requirements of both original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) standards for air flow, connection size, and particle class rating. While air preparation units have multiple modules, each assembled unit is easily ordered with a unique part number. Units include the latest generation modules in price and performance offered by Festo — filter regulator, filter, lubricator, on/off valve, soft-start valve, and branching module.
High performance 3-D woven composites
In partnership with NASA, BRM recently developed the 3D Orthogonally woven 3DMAT Quartz Material for the Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle (MPCV) compression pads. BRM uses 3-D continuous weaving to create new joint structures and improve existing joints. Delivering the optimal blend of strength, durability, and structural integrity, BRM’s 3-D woven joints are available in “Pi – π,” double “T,” “H,” and other complex net shapes. 3-D woven joints from BRM lower weight and cost without sacrificing integrity and performance.
AODD pumps for pulp and paper applications
Finish Thompson Inc. (FTI), an international leader in the corrosive chemical transfer industry, highlights its line of air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps under its FTI Air division. These state-of-the-art pumps are engineered to meet the rigorous demands of the pulp and paper industry, providing versatile application capabilities, material compatibility, and ease of use. Metric helical gear line
KHK USA Inc., distributor of the market leading KHK brand of metric gears, highlights its extensive line of helical gears, manufactured to the highest quality standards by Kohara Gear Industry Co., of Japan. KHK’s large selection of stock helical gears are suitable wherever high-speed rotation is required, including in machine tools, speed reducers and other industrial machinery. Helical gears are cylindrical disks which have involute-shaped teeth cut into their face at a helix angle. By slanting the teeth, helical gears can obtain a large contact ratio and the gradual change to the contact surface load which give helical gears their characteristic of smooth transmission of rotation.
