Rosemount 702 wireless discrete transmitter expands Emerson’s Smart Wireless solutions family. The transmitter installs and commissions quickly, and delivers previously unavailable data for improved plant performance and safety. Applications include level and environmental spill prevention, personnel safety and plant equipment status. It supports a variety of non-powered

switch types, with single- or dual-channel capacity and is approved for operation in hazardous areas. The transmitter features HART diagnostic data, and a 7-15 year battery. The wireless mesh network uses Time Synchronized Mesh Protocol (TSMP) technology.
