Claudio Fayad and Erik Lindhjem
Claudio Fayad serves as vice president of technology of Emerson’s Process Systems and Solutions business. Prior to this role, Claudio held a variety of positions within Emerson, from sales and marketing director to vice president of software. He joined Emerson as director of Process Systems and Solutions in May of 2006, based in Brazil. Before Emerson, he started his career with Smar in 1995 as systems engineer and progressed through various sales roles. Claudio holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University. Erik Lindhjem serves as vice president and general manager of Emerson’s Reliability Solutions business. In this role since June 2021, Erik is focused on driving digital transformation through plant asset management of automation assets and machinery that enables clients to reach top quartile performance. Erik joined Emerson as vice president of Reliability Solutions and Consulting, Asia Pacific in August of 2018 based in Singapore. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in business administration from the Wake Forest University.
