Finalist in Maintenance Software in Plant Engineering’s 2011 Product of the Year competition
Maintenance Performance Index is an exclusive feature of EAM/CMMS that enables each organization to prioritize its maintenance metrics consistent with its goals and objectives. The index is comprised of general performance categories such as reliability, workforce productivity, materials management, customer service, and financial performance.
Within each category, several common metrics have been defined for which the organization may identify its target value. Through a series of calculations, a composite MPI is calculated that can range from zero to 100, for exceptional achievement.
