IBM Pulse attendees can participate in Global Plant study

Three-day event kicks off international phase of research

The three-day IBM Pulse event in Las Vegas began Monday, and attendees are being given a special opportunity to voice their views on international manufacturing with the Plant Engineering Changing World of the Plant Engineer study.
Attendees at Pulse could complete the surveys at speciual kiosks in the Pulse Solution Center, and were also invited to complete the survey by coming to this link on the Plant Engineering site . The study also will be deployed to Maximo users around ther world.

Plant Engineering editor Bob Vavra opened the Enterprise Asset Management session Monday morning with some preliminary results from the study.
The study also will be reported at the 2010 Manufacturing/Automation Summit in Chicago on March 30, and at Hannover Messe April 19-24 in Germany.

The Changing World study is sponsored by IBM and Hannover Messe .
