Why a career in manufacturing?
“I chose a career in manufacturing because I enjoy creating, building, and designing. There are only a few employment sectors that touch all careers like manufacturing, so it was definitely a place to grow. Throughout the course of my career, I held positions in design engineering, production supervision, and supply management. Now, I’m the business manager for Lincoln Electric’s automation group. Manufacturing is the cornerstone for future growth in the United States, and I’m proud to be part of creating solutions for improving facilities’ operations.”
