Bosch Rexroth has introduced the TS 7plus transfer system, a roller conveyor for workpieces weighing up to 3,000 kg. The system is designed for material handling applications in industries such as automotive, battery and aerospace/defense.
The TS 7plus uses modular conveyor sections with roller transport and can be configured with lift/transverse units, rotary units, positioning units and stop gates. It supports longitudinal and transverse conveying with a minimum transport height of 350 mm and standard workpiece pallet sizes up to 2,200 x 3,000 mm.
The conveyor section is available with solid or hollow rollers that are about 50% larger than those in the previous TS 7 system. Bosch Rexroth says the reduced number of moving parts per meter and redesigned bearing block are intended to simplify assembly and maintenance.
