Ultrasound World IV speakers announced
Scheduled for Jan. 27-30, 2008 at the Hilton Beach Resort in Clearwater Beach, FL, Ultrasound World IV will offer a variety of speakers on topics including ultrasound condition monitoring, new inspection techniques and energy conservation. Experts within predictive maintenance technology fields, as well as plant managers who utilize ultrasonic detection equipment for condition-based maintenance, will present case histories, educational lectures and informational sessions.
Among those speaking are Joseph Geirlach, vice president of technical training and support for the TEGG Corporation, who will discuss how to locate electrical faults in voltages and how that effects energy consumption. James Neal, a research fellow for the Energy Research Group in New Zealand, will be presenting methods of calculating and reporting the cost of compressed air leaks..
An extended post-conference program will discuss two additional valuable tools: data management software and spectral analysis software. The session will engage professionals who want to learn how to get the most out of their PdM program and will cover setting up routes, generating reports and utilizing overlays.
