Life Cycle Engineering , a provider of maintenance and reliability solutions for government and private enterprise, has been named to the list of the 2007 Best Places to Work in South Carolina . SC BIZ, the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, the South Carolina Society for Human Resource Management – South Carolina State Council and SCJobNetwork.com partnered to host the second annual competition compiling the list.
“We are delighted to receive this recognition for the second year in a row,” said LCE chairman and CEO Jim Fei. “LCE focuses on turning individual talents into strengths and then turning individual strengths into organizational performance that supports our clients’ success.”
The selection process was based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of a 65-question employee survey conducted by independent research company, Best Companies Group. The goal of the program is to raise the bar among the state’s employers and create excellence and employee satisfaction in the workplace that will attract and retain talented employees for years to come.
