Exploring Plant Engineering’s Biggest Show
The 51st annual National Plant Engineering MRO & Management Show & Conference is geared to help engineering professionals explore the future of industry.
As part of National Manufacturing Week (NMW), the Show draws more than 50,000 attendees, who will navigate their way through 165,000 sq ft of exhibit space. Other shows that will be running concurrently are National Industrial Automation, National Industrial Enterprise IT, and National Design Engineering. All attendees can cross over from one show to another to get the most out of their visit to NMW.
This year, the Show offers specialty pavilions for easy product sourcing. The pavilions offer products and services in a variety of areas: Buildings & Grounds, Energy Management & Power, Lighting, Maintenance Software, Safety/Health/Environmental, Material Handling & Logistics, and Tools. The new Quality Hall showcases quality assurance and product reliability technologies.
NMW’s world-class conference program is a “How-To-Succeed Guide for the Changing Manufacturing World.” Eight cross-functional tracks represent the most critical areas of manufacturing. For a listing of conferences, visit the National Manufacturing Week web site at www.manufacturingweek.com.
Several special events add to the excitement at NMW. Learn more about supply chain management at Monday’s keynote speech by Dow Bauknight of Andersen Consulting. Find productivity solutions at the Global Manufacturing Solutions Theater, become an expert on distribution at Tuesday’s Industrial Distribution Day, and explore the NASA Solutions Center to see product development demos and many new industrial solutions and processes.
