An alternative to chain link fencing, expanded metal fencing is penetration resistant and won’t unravel like chain link. Stronger because it is a continuous piece of material rather than something that has been welded, expanded metal is stretched from a sheet of metal in the manufacturing process. Current applications include augmentation of security around airport installations, entry gates, utilities and railways.
