The SLME electro-mechanical ball screw-driven linear actuator utilizes a fine pitch ball screw and recirculating ball bearing guide to achieve high accuracy and repeatability. The ball tracks each have four contact points providing high dynamic load (up to 27kN) and moment (up to 1410 Nm) capacities. It is a linear actuator solution for such industries as semiconductor manufacturing, laboratory automation, and electronic component assembly.
