Since joining Hargrove, Steven has worked on a wide range of projects, including system updates and migrations, continuous process control, batch process control, and plant process optimization. His expertise in process control has been invaluable to clients across oil refineries, chemical manufacturing plants, and even a pharmaceutical plant in the Bahamas, where he has provided extended onsite support.

At home, Steven enjoys reading science fiction and fantasy novels. He is also an outdoor enthusiast, recently hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park and other nearby state parks. With a passion for nature, Steven aspires to learn photography to better capture rare plants and animals during his hikes.
