Karen works to impart her knowledge of process control systems and pharmaceutical manufacturing coupled with insight into navigating the complex world of large corporations on her team. In just seven years, she was promoted to senior manager of automation engineering at a pharmaceutical company. Karen focuses on team building and the development of her people. She especially loves the transition from being an individual contributor to a contributor of other’s successes.
FUN FACT: Karen is a black belt national level competitor in Tae Kwon Do.
