The 750-645 two-channel vibration and roller bearing monitoring module (VIB-I/O) tracks machine vibration conditions. Mechanical shock pulse process data is transmitted to superior control systems, such as an MES, via fieldbus. In the event of excessive vibration, it can enact a shutdown. The unit eliminates collection of machine health data by handheld devices, and programming is efficient. The easy-to-program unit facilitates configuration of “good,” “warning” and “fault” limits via I/O-CHECK software.
