Type 2 modules with Intel processors
Adlink's Express-HL2 and cExpress-BT2 modules serve as a drop-in replacement to extend the service life of Type 2-based systems for another seven years.
Adlink’s COM Express type 2 modules come in two series, Express-HL2 and cExpress-BT2, and are designed to meet the needs of industrial applications. They are also designed to serve as a drop-in replacement for type-2 based systems and extend their life for another seven years.
Express-HL2 series is a basic size module (125 mm x 95 mm) and is available in SKUs running 4th generation Intel core i7/i5/i3 processors with mobile Intel QM87 chipset and SKUs running Intel celeron processors with mobile Intel HM86 chipset. Express-HL2 supports up to 16 GB dual channel DDR3L at 1600 MHz and dual channel LVDS and VGA, allowing for development rich video applications.
Cexpress-BT2 series is a compact size module (95 mm x 95mm), featuring an Intel atom processor E3800 series or celeron processor with a power envelope below 10 W. It is suitable for small-size and low power consumption applications. The module provides rich I/O including two PCIe x 1 Gen2, 32-bit PCI 2.3, one SATA 3Gb/s port, and one PATA IDE port (optional 2 SATA) to meet peripheral expansion needs.
