Monitor LMS software integrates task routing and scheduling with preventive maintenance functions to automate and facilitate the planning and control of a company's lubrication program. It simplifies lubrication tracking, scheduling, and routing, as well as parts inventory management. The software enables users to create custom reports, which cover inventory, personnel efficiency, root-cause failure, work history, and detail charts for each piece of equipment, department, or facility. Troubleshooting is highlighted according to department or machine type. Lubrication scheduling can be determined by calendar, meter, or operations. Combining detailed history with an integral query engine helps users identify unnecessary expenditures.
