IMTS registration opens; major U.S. show is Sept. 10-15

CFE Media, Hannover Messe to produce IANA conference, Global Automation and Manufacturing Summit

Industry leaders such as Jim Tetreault, VP of North American Manufacturing, Ford Motor Company; Rene van de Zande, President/CEO, Emergo Group; Allan McArtor, Chairman and CEO, Airbus Americas; and Denise Bode, President/CEO, American Wind Energy AssociatRegistration is now open for the 2012 International Manufacturing Technology Show, North America’s leading manufacturing trade show. The five-day event, to be held Sept. 10-15 at Chicago’s McCormick Place, will feature more than 1.2 million sq. ft. of trade show exhibits and hundreds of sessions all designed to bring the latest in manufacturing technology, strategy and innovation to the North American manufacturing audience.

CFE Media and Hannover Messe have joined with IMTS to produce the Industrial Automation North America pavilion. Part of the IANA event will be the 2012 IANA Global Automation & Manufacturing Summit, a two-day conference that will bring together top global experts on topics of automation effectiveness, mobility and secuirty, and an in-depth look at the issue of workforce development.

IANA is one of six additional conference at IMTS 2012. They include:
