The H-Max Series drives by Eaton are designed to improve energy efficiency and lower utility bills for commercial buildings for HVAC customers. With cutting-edge HVAC software and hardware features, including an industry-leading energy control algorithm, the H-Max series drive improves system energy savings beyond typical energy savings achieved with adjustable frequency drives by minimizing losses in the motor windings.

Combining technologies like advanced dc capacitors and insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs), with smarter functions like a real-time clock and calendar, the H-Max Series drives are engineered to provide very efficient operations. These advancements, coupled with Eaton’s patented Active Energy Control, provide customers the ability to design and operate extremely energy efficient HVAC systems. Since the drives can be tuned to actual energy needs, tapering system requirements during off hours, weekends, and holidays, will allow the customer to see significant cost savings.

M-Max Series Machinery Drives

The Eaton M-Max Series of sensorless vector adjustable frequency drives offer customers increased system efficiency and product life. Including both single and three-phase devices, the microprocessor-based drives incorporate standard features that can be programmed to tailor the drives performance to suit a wide variety of applications, including pumps and fans. Because the M-Max Series produces significantly less heat than similar units, it is able to increase efficiency and equipment life.

S611 Line of Compact Solid-State Soft Starts

The S611 soft starter is designed to minimize shock to mechanical components, extend system life, increase reliability, reduce maintenance and lower energy requirements. Combining advanced functionality, the S611 provides information so customers are better able to make informed decisions so they can expedite commissioning and minimize downtime. This new product is extremely cost effective and easy to use.

With an intuitive user interface, the S611 soft starter provides customers with overload, under-voltage, overcurrent, phase loss, jam and stall protection, and power monitoring capabilities. Customers can customize parameters to meet specific application requirements. The S611 is simple enough to use without requiring a manual, simplifying commissioning.

DP Contactors

Designed to improve the control of refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and resistance heating applications, Eaton Definite Purpose Contactors are electrically operated switching devices available in a sleek sealed design. The extensive product line offers a broad range of contactors, from 15 to 360 A, as well as single- and two- pole devices, and standard frame devices up to 360 A. A universal mounting plate eliminates changing hole patterns when replacing devices. There are a variety of terminal styles for specific application requirements.
