As a child, Kevin was always interested in how everything worked. After graduating with a Mechanical Engineering degree from North Carolina State University, he worked toward becoming a technical leader in his field. Since joining RedViking in 2007, he’s been instrumental to the research and design of many key projects and programs. Kevin’s project portfolio includes test machines with the latest in industrial controls and custom software for NASA, GE Global Research, GE Aviation, and The Ohio State University. Taking on several different leadership roles within RedViking during his tenure, he has proven he can manage many facets within the organization. Kevin now serves as Engineering Director for a group of highly talented mechanical, electrical, and software engineers in addition to administrative personnel and shop technicians. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys restoring old machines. He recently restored a 1974 International Harvester Lo-Boy Tractor he had been passed down from his grandfather and father.
