Management software

Tango Mobile is software for smartphones that allows plant personnel and managers to retrieve information about plant equipment stored through Tango Reliability Information Management. Tango QR codes can be installed on equipment by plant personnel, contractors, or repair vendors, and then quickly scanned with Tango Mobile to instantly view condition monitoring history, equipment repair history, equipment design details, and linked documents. Authorized users may also connect to the plant’s Tango database, triggering several actions to enter condition status information, search for replacements in the inventory, and enter condition information.

EAM solution

TabSource is designed to streamline the bid management process for buyers assimilating bid materials, eliminate buyer time spent entering supplier bid information, and ensure uniformity of bid information relayed to all suppliers. The software shifts the burden of data entry and bid accuracy to suppliers; e-mails RFQ availability for bid, supplier questions and answers, and late bid notices and award/loss notifications; and allows suppliers to upload their bids and attached documents. TabSource also allows suppliers to enter base cost and ancillary costs, provides one Login ID for suppliers who support multiple locations, and eliminates unsolicited proposals.

Assessment software

ExpertALERT 3.50 gives manufacturers the ability to improve plant performance by better prioritizing machine repairs while remaining focused on reliability and uptime priorities based on the ability to more rapidly collect and process data and access accurate results. The assessment software provides critical machinery health information in place of just vibration data, by rapidly screening vibration measurements and applying thousands of unique rules to identify individual faults in a wide variety of machine types. The automated machinery condition assessment system can process hundreds of vibration measurements in just a few minutes.

Performance index

Maintenance Performance Index is an exclusive feature of EAM/CMMS that enables each organization to prioritize its maintenance metrics consistent with its goals and objectives. The index is comprised of general performance categories such as reliability, workforce productivity, materials management, customer service, and financial performance. Within each category, several common metrics have been defined for which the organization may identify its target value. Through a series of calculations, a composite MPI is calculated that can range from zero to 100, for exceptional achievement.

Lubrication management

LUBE-IT provides a clear and easy-to-use interface giving maintenance personnel a comprehensive view of all lubrication activities, schedules, and workloads. By simplifying a typically cumbersome process, LUBE-IT streamlines the creation of optimum lubrication routes and schedules. Each week, the software generates a dynamic list of pertinent tasks for each route so lubrication responsibilities of individuals are always clear and known. These lists can be printed or synchronized to mobile devices and contain complete details about each lube point, including precise location and the quantity and type of lubricant to be applied.
