These sanitary RTD sensors come in heavy-duty and a standard-duty models.
The PRS-3 series sanitary RTD sensors come in two types of
probes: a heavy-duty probe stem that has a stepped design for additional
strength and a standard-duty 0.250-inch diameter probe. Both feature standard
probe lengths of 3, 4, 5 and 6 inches with other probe lengths available. Both
heavy-duty and standard-duty probes feature wetted surfaces that are 316L
stainless steel, surface finish equals 32 micro-inch or better.
