The Rota-Rack parts accumulator enables bar-fed CNC lathes to run unattended for extended amounts of time. The unit indexes each time a finished part exits the machine, collecting and protecting finished items. The accumulator consists of a welded-steel, 850-square-inch turntable, and a solid-state PLC control; an integrated conveyor is optional. Covered with high-lubricity UHMV plastic for work piece protection, the device has a payload capacity of 700 pounds and can be mounted on the left or right side of a machine tool.
