The Ion Air Gun removes static electricity, contaminants, and dust from parts prior to labeling, assembly, packaging, painting, or finishing. The design features a metal-armored, high-voltage cable to protect against abrasions and cuts; replaceable emitter point; integrated ground connection; and electromagnetic shielding. The Ion Air Gun neutralizes static electricity and cleans at distances up to 15 ft, and incorporates a high-velocity air jet to entrain 80% of the total output airflow from the surrounding room air. An electrically energized emitter at the discharge end fills the entire airstream with positive and negative ions capable of neutralizing high static charges in a fraction of a second.

The Super Air Knife is engineered to dramatically reduce compressed air usage while entraining ambient air at a ratio of 40:1. Noise levels are greatly reduced when compared to other blow-offs. The Super Air Knife delivers a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across the entire length with hard-hitting force. Next Generation R-Series rotary screw compressors with variable speed drives (VSDs) are designed to lower operational costs and improve business profitability for customers with variable compressed air requirements. The compressors are designed to withstand harsh plant conditions and can run continuously in ambient temperatures of up to 115 F. The starter panel meets NEMA 12/IP55 protection ratings to provide protection against circulating dust, falling dirt, and dripping or splashing liquids.
