Sirianni started her career as a process control engineer and gained experience in a variety of industries and on multiple control system platforms. She was quickly promoted from a technical engineering role into the Proposal and Estimating group, then to a project manager. As a project manager, Sirianni led large, multi-discipline control projects for customers in many industries. She was promoted to regional operations manager and led 70+ engineering professionals along with overall project execution responsibility. Her next role was a newly created position as workforce optimization manager, to lead company Learning and Development and Resource Management. Sirianni is currently the director of performance excellence, responsible for overseeing the corporate Project Execution Methodology, which includes process improvements, standardization, process adherence, and training. Sirianni is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt. Outside of work, Sirianni and her husband have four children and enjoy spending time watching her kids participate in soccer, baseball, and dance. She loves spending time outdoors, traveling, and cooking with her family.
