Russ has worked at Southern Gardens for 10 years. Russ received his BSME from the University of Central Florida and his MBA from Florida Atlantic University. He was hired on as a reliability engineer where he developed the Reliability Program including the development of Reliability Analysis Teams (RAP), FMEA, and RCA. He has received industry competency in six different PdM technologies. Russ helped develop and manages Management of Change (MOC) processes for all capital and expense projects. Russ developed, trains, and oversees the Predictive Maintenance and Instrumentation departments. He is currently a Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2015 he received the Reliability Web Uptime Award for Asset Condition Monitoring. Outside of work, Russ is an avid runner. He and his wife participate in at least four runs/year varying in distances from 5K to ½ marathons to benefit a children’s health charity.
