The PANEL i industrialized personal computer is available with a 500-MHz Intel Pentium III processor, choice of a Windows NT or Windows 2000 operating system, 64 MB or optional 128 MB of random access memory, and optional touch screen with soft keys. PDA tracks calibration data
Calibration Manager PDA enables communication between PDAs running the Palm OS and Calibration Manager software. The electronic process begins with the transfer of a calibration task list from the software to the PDA. Calibration results are entered directly into the PDA while in the field or on the plant floor. Calibration results are transferred back into the software where they are stored permanently. Equipment history records are updated and calibration due dates are calculated automatically.
