The 505 adjustable wire stripper/cutter is a compact, industrial-duty wire stripper and cutter that locks closed for easy storage and features a thumb-adjustable cam for matching the wire gauge size. It accommodates different wire gauge sizes and fits into a pocket, pouch or tool kit when not in use. Stamped with 12 to 26 AWG (2.05 to 0.405 mm) gauge sizes, the combination tool is designed for stripping and cutting solid wire. Manufactured from alloyed steel, heat-treated and covered with cushioned hand grips, the wire stripper/cutter incorporates a full by-pass flush cutter, has a light-touch return spring and locks for storage. Model 505ST is offered for stranded wire.
