Watlow debuts China Website

Watlow recently unveiled its new web site for the Chinese market. The new site, located at www.watlow.cn , contains Watlow’s product and industry information in Mandarin. Some Watlow literature in Mandarin is available for download on the new site.

“With the rapid growth in the Chinese marketplace, we felt it was time to develop a web site specifically for this market,” said Chris Eichmann, Vice President Global Sales. “The new site is the most recent marketing tool developed for the China marketplace and will act as a portal to China customers on Watlow corporate and product news.”

Web traffic during the first month has been above expectations and enabled numerous customers in the region to interface directly with Watlow regarding their thermal applications needs.

“Watlow recognizes China as a dominant player in the world market and is committed to serving the region. We have added staff and are building a facility to support the local market. The new China web site is an important step in helping us achieve our long-term goal of growing our business in Asia,” said Eichmann.
