The You Ji YV-1200 ATC vertical turning center’s vertical column and base are made from Meehanite castings and are ribbed for reduced thermal distortion and vibration damping. The Z axis is made from cast steel and extends 35 inches. Precision Class-3 ballscrews are driven directly by servo motors. The cross rail is moveable on box ways, is hydraulically clamped and is infinitely positionable.
